Hi guys! Sorry for not posting too often, life is so busy! Tonight's dinner was buckwheat noodles with steamed edamame, toasted tempeh, sautรฉed red bell pepper and carrots, toasted cashews, lime wedges & cilantro tossed in a spiced cashew sauce. Hello Chagaโค๏ธ I got this baby up north last weekend and I have been making and drinking lots of tea! It tastes great and it's so healthy. Chaga is a potent adaptogen and is very high in antioxidants. It really boost immunity. Noah's smash cake! I made it the same morning lol but I'm pretty happy with the result! It's all organic and gluten, grain, soy, dairy and refined sugar free.
