Hi everybody! I just wanted to let you all know that I started a group on Facebook to support parents who are interested feeding their children healthy, homemade foods. It's a great place to get support, have your questions answered, get new healthy recipes or meal ideas, and talk about anything that is related to nutrition for children. Breakfast for my 19 month old toddler: Rolled oats with amaranth, homemade blueberry chia jam, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and sea salt, with homemade coconut milk.
He loved it! He didn't finish it though but I blended the leftovers with a chunk of banana and more coconut milk to make a homemade pouch for his morning snack. He finished it :)

Hi guys!! We are back from traveling to Montreal and Charlotte. It has been a crazy busy month. I'm happy to be back in Florida. It's gorgeous here! I know Im not as active as before, my life really changed when I became a mom and I really don't have as much time as before so my priorities have changed.

Not the best picture but this was my salad for lunch. Love those kind of salads with just a bunch of chopped stuff in it. This one has massaged kale, shredded carrots, red bell pepper, raw sauerkraut, beets, grilled artichokes, avocado and black kalamata olives, and all tossed in a creamy dressing made with tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, tamari, nutritional yeast, garlic, pink salt and freshly ground black pepper. Yum😋

One of my favorite fruit: Persimmon💛 This delicious fall/winter fruit tastes incredible, when ripe - if not it's really bitter. It's packed with vitamin C, beta carotene, fiber and antioxidants. This was my delicious afternoon snack on this beautiful rainy day! (love rainy days!)

Made this superfood granola today! It's made with rolled oats, almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds; chia and hemp seeds; goji berries, raw cacao nibs and coconut flakes; maca; and cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. All that tossed in a tahini, raw honey, medjool dates and coconut oil paste. So yummy. Recipe on the blog🌟All organic, vegan and gluten free! Edamame noodles with kale pesto. Gluten and dairy free. Super quick meal. Less than 10 minutes.
