Soooo I've got some news.... I've decided to ultimately not do the competition that I had been prepping for next week. I want to get my pro card and that had been my goal since my last competition. I was basically doing this one for fun. It turned out to not be so fun because of that exact reason. I didn't have a goal I was just doing it to do it. I was getting frustrated ALOT. I was able to see where I made my gains over the off-season which was awesome and what needs more work his time around which is even better to me. I didn't quit because I couldn't do it but because I have bigger goals which I should have stuck to instead of getting ahead of myself and jumping into a prep just because I wanted to be lean again. This sport is a mental sport just as much as a physical one, just have to learn and grow.

Some upright rows this past weekend for boulder shoulder day💪🏼 The grip I'm using is more of a wide grip, It will focus on more of a Delt workout as opposed to the close grip which will focus more on the traps. Delts are my favorite muscle to train so I'm sure to hit them any way possible 👊🏼 workin on the craft 👊🏼 .

Took a trip to @powerhousegymhanovermd with the OG @stan_703 to get that bodybuilder atmosphere feel and it did not let us down. We had a great shoulder and bicep training session. The place is definitely full of motivation. We some workaholics! 💪🏼👊🏼
