Well today was supposed to be chest day but it didn't feel right AT ALL, so i skipped ahead to arms here's what I did πŸ‘‡πŸΌπŸ‘‡πŸΌ Seated dumbbell curls4x10 Barbell preacher curls4x10 Barbell 21's x 3 Reverse grip curls4x10 Hammer curls 4x10 Cable push downs4x12 Tricep kickback 4x10 Tricep cable extensions 4x12 Try that ish out πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

So here's a little superset I had today.... Grab some dumbbells (not too heavy) face your palms toward each other like you would a fly, bring them down like a press. Superset with dumbbell flys 4x8-12 good upper chest pump. I should have gone lighter I know my butt lifts off the seat during the pressing. Thanks for the tips coach @fitpro_nutrition
