I often hear people asking me to share what I do when I go dancing in the forest. While there yesterday, I had this idea for a short video. I am calling them Forest Sketches and there will be more coming as I replace commuting time with Forest Dancing!

For the past two weeks, I had the pleasure of delving into the Alighieri Jewellery world and beautiful work to create the choreography for their
London Fashion Week AW20 show.

Working alongside founder @roshmahtani and her dedicated team was so fluid. She trusts people and her vision was so clear that everything fell into place.

Alighieri's show was inspired by T.S. Eliot's poem The Waste Land, based on Dante's Alighieri Divine Comedy masterpiece.
Each model had a character to play with, a sense of ritual was unfolding, with @nyx.edc choir giving us all goosebumps.

The show was crowned by Princess Anne who presented the Queen Elizabeth II award to Rosh Mahtani.

Dance unites us all. Dance flows in our veins. Dance is a universal language. Dance breaks societyβs constructs and enables us to be with one another.
In this talk, I share my experience and evolution with dance since she I three years old to how moving led me to work with business owners and refugees.
Dancing is an essential part of being human.
We are all dancers.
