Healing through whole foods has been an experience. When you are battling stress, exhaustion, and food intolerance getting on track is a significant challenge. 21 Day Detox of no sugar not even fruit, no grains at all, no alcohol, and no dairy. I haven't eaten anything processed at all in close to three full weeks and astounded by how great I feel. The withdrawals from sugar was one of the hardest things... It's in everything we eat. How I felt was absolutely disgusting, therefore I truly belive we shouldn't be putting it in our bodies. It has the same results as illegal drugs in our system.
