One of Last Nights meals: ground beef with red kidney beans, kale (baked in oven), and sesame blue corn tortilla chips.
Highlights from Wednesdays leg session & today's back day session. Haven't gone up in the leg press in months, it felt great to be doing this type of weight again. For back I did a lot of different exercises. Motivational speaker in the vid: Eric Thomas.
I honestly thought I posted this earlier 😑.. Lol this was my post workout meal after training legs this morning. BBQ sauced Grilled Steak served on a bed of lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, portobello mushrooms, guacamole & french fries. 💪😏🍴

Kale & mixed salad with raw broccoli, albacore white tuna light, Parmesan cheese, & Caesar salad dressing. To drink: water & orange juice based smoothie with strawberries, raspberries, & blackberries.

I gotta say I am real happy where I am right now with my progress. The point of this post is to show you, that it doesn't just take days, months to make progress, it takes years to progress, it takes years of hard work and dedication to be able to transform your body. Fitness isn't a seasonal hobby. Fitness is a lifestyle.
