Highlights from today's leg day training session. Started on squats today, warm up set I did (not shown in vid) 185lbs for 10 reps. 1st set:225lbs 10 reps (not shown in vid), 2nd set:275lbs 4reps, 3rd set:295lbs for 2reps. Felt strong today, hopefully we'll see myself hitting 315lbs on squats again.
This man has me dead 😂. Don't worry, I may seem a bit intimidating but that's only when I'm in the gym training myself. When it comes to training clients I am the complete opposite. I'm a nice guy for real 😇 lol

Top meal I had around 9pm yesterday, bottom meal I had around 2pm yesterday. Took a break from eating chicken.

Milk based Shake;contains: 1 banana, 1 light & fit yogurt banana flavor, 1 spoon full of peanut butter, 1 whole egg, 2 scoops of syntha 6 protein. Was mirin myself for a good minute because of the lighting 😂

I know this feeling all to well. Don't let anybody put you down or make you feel small. Don't be afraid to show people what you are capable of, how strong you are, how passionate you are about something. There is strength within you.
Highlights from today's leg day training session. I started on squats today, I haven't squatted for 2 weeks, the rest was needed. I felt great today. I did 6 sets in total. 1 warm up set 135lbs 15reps, 2nd set 185lbs 10reps, 3rd set 225lbs 8reps, 4th set 275lbs for 2 reps. 5th set back down in weight 225lbs 5reps, 6th set 135lbs 10reps (5 constant reps/5 one second pause reps). After I used 85lbs barbell leg lunges for reps. I also did a bit of box jumps at the end. I wanted to show that I myself mess up on certain exercises, I don't perform every exercise perfectly. Sometimes when you think to much, it can mess you up. Sometimes you can't think about it, just do it! If you fail, get back up and try again.
Some people might say before I didn't look that bad visually, but mentally and physically I was suffering. Had a horrible sleeping cycle, eating whatever I wanted, smoking/drinking thinking it was cool, but in reality I was killing my body inside. That me is no longer alive. It's not a diet, it's not a phase, it's a permanent lifestyle change.
