Something light from my late evening workout session the other day. Feeling pleased with my strength gains on the incline chest press on this smith. 225lbs for 7 partial reps, immediately take off 1 45lb plate on each side repping out 20reps. Later on in my workout once I finish all my heavy sets I do cool down sets for whatever body part I'm working out that day. Incline chest press with free weights, nothing too heavy, in this case (45lb Dumbbells) something light that you can rep out. 20 reps.
Forgot to post this yesterday. Was lazy to cook so I ordered out. The hook up, Plate on left: mini philly cheese steak sandwich with French fries, plate on right: spinach, bbq chicken, black beans, mozzarella cheese, & brown rice. 😋🍴

September 9th 2012 was the very first time I was actually able to see my abs coming through. They were visible. And from that day on I did not stop, I didn't give up, I didn't settle, I wanted more and more and more. Everyday I was eager, I didn't let anything get in the way of what I wanted to achieve. All the blood sweat and tears, the amount of time and dedication I put in, the struggle to finish workouts, always battling with my self mentally because there were many times I didn't even want to show my face in the gym because of how embarrassed i was, not even knowing what I was doing in the beginning of when I started training. I can go on about the experience I've had throughout my fitness journey. One thing I learned and I want you to know who ever you are that is reading this, if you are just starting your fitness journey or even a couple months in, don't let anybody or anything stop you from achieving the dream physique you've always wanted, if it's just to lose weight, gain weight, mass, get lean whatever it may be. I didn't make it this far by listening to nobody, especially myself in those crazy bad times where I wanted to give up.
