An amazing tree in far north QLD.
It grows so big that it needs to send down support branches to the ground to stabilize it.
This majestic natural creation is one of many that I saw.
As we grow we need grounding and support ❤️
Be like this tree - give/ask/arrange the support/help you need.

A feast for the eyes, heart and tummies ❤️

Breakfast.
Love it or hate?
Constitutionally, I need spice.
Seasonally, right now, I need warmth and nourishment (including weather and the business of my ‘season’ of life).
When I eat according to what I need (with the occasional wiggle room of course!) I feel like I’m on top of the world.
We need to know that one size does not fit all with eating....that’s why there’s so much confusion around ‘diets’. They are not right or wrong, just maybe right or wrong for YOU ✌🏼❤️

Who else likes to drink tea whilst making dinner?
Liquorice and peppermint is the brew of the evening ❤️
Licorice is fantastic for adrenals (bye bye fatigue and brain fog) and the gut, peppermint is cooling and tastes great 😀

I got this lovely little tile in a lovely little shop, in the lovely little town of Raglan, in the lovely little country NZ.
The simplicity of its message rocks my world everyday ❤️

I’m working on some online training at the moment and whenever I’m reviewing content, I’m telling myself to concentration on the content and not me.
