Keeping Up with the Dogdashians

“So, in all my lives as a dog, here’s what I’ve learned. Have fun, obviously. Whenever possible, find someone to save and save them. Lick the ones you love.”

Bailey

Keeping Up with the Dogdashians (often abbreviated KUWTD) is an adorable assembly of pupperinos and floofs (and their friends) that exist on the Internet. Their social accounts focuses on the personal and… well… doggeriffic… lives of the Dogdashian blended family. Its premise originated with Kym Huynh, who also serves as their dogager. The accounts debuted sometime in the 20th century, and has subsequently become a floof bonanza.

The Dogdashians focuses mainly on Monsieur Nanook Cuddlepup II (half dingo half kangaroo), Einstein (Frenchie; ranked 109/138 on Stanley Coren’s canine intelligence scale), Sir Albert Puppington (Frenchie), European cousin Daisy-Kym (strange dog breed), and Princess Consuela Floofybananahammock (Kelpie).

Keeping Up with the Dogdashians has been a fun activity since its premiere. It is often criticized for its adorable gushness-worthy photos and temporal post inaccuracy. Several critics also noted the Dogdashians’ lack of intelligence; particularly in the two Frenchies. However, some critics recognized the Dogdashians a “smorgasboard of awe-inducing floof-pleasure” and acknowledged the family’s general cutness. Despite the negative reviews, Keeping Up with the Dogdashians has attracted high interactions including modelling shoots, engagement metrics, and winning many heart and “shook” emojis.

This beach photo of Monsieur Nanook Cuddlepup III has garnered lots of attention because he thinks he’s a kangaroo 😍😍😍😱😱😱

The Dogdashians’ success has led to lots of additional random and nonsensical posts, including: Nanook Attempts Baywatch Run on the Beach, Einstein Sits in the Sun on a Sunny Day, and Daisy-Kym Wants Your Carbs. The Dogdashians also post holiday-relevant photos such as Albert Wears A Santa Hat During Christmas.
