I typically do not do custom orders. If you have a specific pattern/fabric/color combo/ dimension/furniture piece/etc in mind please contact me directly and we can discuss options. Custom orders would be final sale.

For pillow covers made from mud cloth and other cottons: I have washed and dried all fabrics before creating the covers. Some of the pigments used in these fabrics (such as indigo) are intense so I recommend spot cleaning and if necessary then dry cleaning indigo or darker covers. I also suggest this for the vintage or reinforced covers that are more delicate. For all other mudcloth I suggest washing on COLD to minimize color bleeding and transfer. I do advise you to tumble dry on LOW. The canvas backs will possibly need a light touch up with an iron.

For pillow covers with wool or wool blend fronts: These fabrics have been dry cleaned before creating the covers. I advise you either spot clean or dry clean to launder.

I do not offer returns or exchanges on the pillow covers or inserts. Any custom work is also not able to be returned or exchanged. If something is not to your liking however, please contact me directly so we can address on a case by case basis. It is my ultimate goal for you to love your purchase!

As you know, this shop utilizes materials that are either vintage or have been repurposed into our pillow covers. Each listing mentions that the fabrics used may have imperfections or slight variations as a result. You may notice a patch or stitching to reinforce worn areas, even natural variations in the fabric itself. None of these differences will affect the functionality of the pillow cover and the each contribute to the desired and unique look of the finished product.
