My name is Providencia Lopez. I'm raising money for my friend and hairstylist of many years, Tarra Troutman, to help relocate her back to Atlanta.
Tarra has worked as a stylist for 26 years, primarily in Atlanta, Georgia, for 19 of those years. Tarra has worked with major celebrities here in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York.
She is a master hair stylist well known for the following:
Celebrity styles
Natural hair styles
Color
Hair cuts
Professional and special effects makeup
Hair extensions and wigs
Some of you may know that Tarra had back surgery on August 2, 2018. Her surgery was done in Cleveland, Ohio, at the Cleveland Clinic where she was surrounded by her mother and loving family to help her get through the recovery process. Because of this surgery, Tarra had to put her love and passion for working with hair on hold to care for herself.
Tarra is now in a place where she is feeling better and ready to return to work, but the cost of returning to work and moving back to Atlanta is quite expensive, in addition to caring for her son, Omar. We all know starting over can be a painful and difficult process.
Please help bring our favorite hairstylist home! As former clients, family, friends and loved ones, this effort is our way of appreciating her because of how she has loved us, our curls, our lives and our families for so many years.
We all know Tarra's mission statement with her company is "love your transformation," and she has put in millions of hours helping us love not only our transformation but ourselves.
