Frequently asked questions

Are these toys?

Huggable Koi art plushes look like toys, but they are art items that will not hold up with rough playtime or contact with liquid, food or dirty surfaces. The materials used (almost completely cotton) are flammable, unlike childrens toys.

Care instructions

Keep Huggable Koi art plushes away from open flames, food, liquids and dirty surfaces. Do not put them in a washer or dryer.

If it gets dirty, try using a lint roller or tape to remove the dirt first. A lightly damp towel can be used as well.

Should you art plush get wet, attempt to press the liquid out by pressing the plush against a dry towel, and then lay the plush in a warm, dry, possibly sunny place with the wet side up to help it dry.

As with most art and dyed fabric, prolonged sun exposure could cause the colors to fade.
