4 out of 5 stars*UPDATED REVIEW: Finally rec’d March 27. Item well is made though delicate. I have been wearing it since receipt with no issues. Item quality does meet expectations and description. Serious issues with shipping. Owner was responsive and stated they would send a replacement however second shipment was never received. *ORIGINAL REVIEW: I place my original order on Feb 11. After not receiving it despite receiving a tracked shipping confirmation , I contacted customer service who stated if it was not received within the week, they would ship out a replacement. On March 10, a replacement was purportedly shipped as the item was not received. When I asked for the tracking number I was told it was shipped with just a stamp. It is March 18 and I have still not received the item.

SIZING
♡ Customers are responsible for determining and selecting the size and or length of jewelry in their orders. Selecting the proper size is especially important for preventing breakage of delicate chain designs. Always review the sizing & measurements provided to ensure the proper fit of your order. Refer to the -SIZE GUIDES- under “Additional Information” under the SHOP POLICIES for more helpful info.
♡ For the purpose of capturing detail on TINY pieces of delicate jewelry (no larger than several millimeters) some objects may appear much larger than they actually are---ALWAYS REFER TO THE MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED.
ADJUSTMENTS & REPAIRS
♡ If you purchased something and would like to have the length adjusted, reworked or repaired, just message me to purchase a service fee and make arrangements for sending the piece back.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
♡ Delicate Jewelry, Especially Dainty Chain Designs, Should be Treated with Care While Wearing to Prevent Breakage.
♡ Sterling Silver, Gold-Filled and Solid 14k Gold jewelry will naturally oxidize and darken over time from exposure to air & moisture.
However, there are several things that can be done to help:
-Keep jewelry away from water, chlorine, sauna or any other chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils, lotions, etc.
-Store jewelry in an airtight container (i.e. original packaging) when not in use.
-Clean jewelry with a polishing cloth after wearing or as needed.
(Avoid use on plated materials as it will remove their finish)
