This year I will  be taking part in the Tough Mudder, a 10 - 12 mile assault course "designed to drag you out of your comfort zone by testing your physical strength, stamina, and mental grit."

 I am doing this in order to raise as much money as possible for Help For Heroes, who provide lifetime support for the Armed Forces Community and their families. Every little bit matters so if you'd like to donate then please do- no donation is too small!
