This is a must, not only for the job you are interviewing for but also for yourself to keep motivated during tough times. Make sure you not only think about the case studies, social KPIs hit but also the internal impact. Think about the system that was in place for you to conduct your social media wins at your past jobs. Who you worked with and ultimately how trust was built with internal stakeholders to accomplish your wins is key. The person interviewing you is not only looking at your social skills but how they will translate and be applicable in the unique environment you plan to get hired in.
