BIOGRAPHY: Simply Shanta', Philadelphia native & Atlanta celebrity stylist, has proven to be a dominant force. She's a triple threat expert in styling hair, applying makeup, and wardrobe styling. She has over 20 full years experience in the industry, with 9 years experience working with a variety of celebrity clientele. Her major quote to clients is "If it doesn’t feel right it won’t look right." Her love of hair design has been evident throughout her childhood, as she watched her mother & late aunt as master hair stylists in the Philadelphia area. Mimicking her mothers hairstyles at a young age inspired Simply to obtain her cosmetology license while also Free-Lancing for various makeup brands & becoming brand ambassador as well. Simply quickly became a hair stylist & makeup artist for local hair & fashion shows, building a strong clientele in the tristate area. Simply's most famous for her signatured "Simply Posh Pump" hairstyle she wears in a variety of different colors. Simply's career furthered in the fashion & beauty industry when she modeled for BET's show "Rip The Runway." Her having a specific eye for fashion wardrobe color, material, & design coordination, Simply was introduced to wardrobe styling. Shortly after, Simply reached a high career moment-being a hair stylist, make-up artist, & wardrobe stylist for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (MBFW). Continuing to gain further recognition & becoming the "beauty boss" she is, Simply, has been booked to style celebrities such as K.Foxx, previous New York "Hot 97 Cipha Sounds & Peter Rosenberg" radio morning co-host & cast member of vh1's "Celebrity Gossip Game & radio co-host for Philly's 100.3 WRNB", Cynthia Bailey of "Real Housewives Of Atlanta" & Multi World Champion Boxers the Serrano Sisters, & more. She has done hair, makeup, & wardrobe styling for TV networks such as VH1, MTV, BET, BRAVO & FOX to name a few; as well as editorial work for free-lance fashion designers in NYC, & magazine covers such as "The Source Magazine, Black Hair Magazine & XEX Magazine". Currently taking Atlanta by storm working as a celebrity hair stylist & makeup artist, Simply is also an Executive Celebrity Stylist for singer Keyshia Cole's younger talented sister Elite Noel, singer & reality TV star.
