Shout! Factory Acquires Untitled Horror Project For Genre Label Scream Factory

EXCLUSIVE: Shout! Factory has acquired worldwide rights to Untitled Shulman Horror Project, writer-director Kevin Shulman’s new feature film about a well-known reporter who is held captive by terrorists who are threatening to behead her. However, they have no idea what terror awaits them from her. The film, which is shooting in and around L.A., is being produced from a script that Shulman wrote with his brother Nathaniel. Shout! Factory picked it up for its horror genre entertainment imprint, Scream Factory Films.

Scream Factory Films previously distributed the original production Fender Bender and also has acquired other films for theatrical release including Bite and Bloodsucking Bastards.

Shulman is a former music video director who then turned his attention toward film and, most recently, television. He most recently directed the telefilm Her Dark Past for Lifetime.
