9. In plan 3. and 4. if we not able to secure 60% time period of post.  so about 30% value of payment will be refunded. after 60% time period of post, we are not responsible securing time period of post and payment are not refundable. 

10. In plan 1. and 2. if we not able to secure 80% time period of post.  so about 30% value of payment will be refunded. after 80% time period of post, we are not responsible securing time period of post and payment are not refundable.

11. After completing procedure any plane, payment is not refundable.
