Using an evidence-based approach Boris's goal is to empower his clients to enjoy a high quality of life that is conducive to their fitness goals by creating a manageable and flexible healthy lifestyle that equates to long-term sustainable results. Boris believes a healthy lifestyle begins with having a strong and fit body and he will work with you to help you identify your fitness goals, create an exercise program tailored to your needs. PERSONAL TRAINING

Hourly Rates average around $60 an hour, depending on what package is purchased.

MONTHLY DIET & WORKOUT PLAN

Monthly Plans Range from $125 to $200 depending on the type of plan selected.

ONE TIME DIET / WORKOUT PLAN

This is a one time purchase of $100.  No check-ins.  May purchase again at a later date to get an updated plan.
