Elizabeth Kurpis has extensive experience consulting and collaborating with retail and fashion companies and non-profit organizations on business development concerns, brand ambassadorships, sponsorships, and styling and interior design projects, and is a recognized writer, commentator and expert in fashion and pop-culture law with numerous articles and quotes printed in prestigious legal and fashion publications, such as Vogue Business, Women's Wear Daily, Business of Fashion, Footwear News, People, Daily Front Row, CNBC, CBS News, the Daily Mail and Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters Westlaw journals, among others. Elizabeth was recently anointed as the Editor at Large for the Daily Front Row. For the last 11 years, she has also been a Contributing Editor to Quest and Q magazines, writing features on various fashion, travel, art and film events around the globe from Art Basel Miami Beach and Sundance Film Festival to trips to Cognac, France with Remy Martin and Edinburgh, the Scottish Highlands with The Dalmore whiskey company and Paris for the Haute Couture shows.

Elizabeth is also an accomplished fashion lawyer with over 17 years of experience working on both corporate and litigation matters at top, large New York law firms. She has counseled clients on various fashion, beauty and retail, corporate and commercial, risk management, fund formation and merger & acquisition deals and litigations. In recent years, she founded and managed the Fashion Law practice at her previous firm until she decided to form her own practice in 2017. Her work within the fashion industry includes serving as outside general counsel for, and partnering with, fashion, retail, public relations / brand & communications, beauty and non-profit companies and organizations, as well as content creators, celebrities and other influential people, on legal and business development matters, general corporate and commercial contracts, intellectual property issues, strategic partnerships, web 3.0 / metaverse matters, licensing and manufacturing, collaboration and talent agreements, and so on.
