I remember thinking here “Damn it man you’re too small and you’re not lean enough.” I am my own worst enemy and my biggest fan at the same time. If you don’t have the motivation to do better then you won’t do any better. It’s simple, no one can make you put in the effort, make you eat right, make you get those cardio sessions in. You don’t make progress by doing nothing. It doesn’t matter if it’s one more rep or 5 more lbs. progress is progress. At the same time you have to be happy with where you are at and trust the process. Now we all have our own trust issues 😂 I know.... but this one works. Science b*tch👊🏼 Happy Friday fam
STEP OUT OF YOUR DAMN COMFORT ZONE! Tonight I hit shoulders. It was in a new gym because I was just tired of the one I typically go to. 😂😂 I know, not a big deal but turned out great! Don’t mind that face, i neeeed this week to end so I can go on vacation. 2 scoops of @bpi_sports 1MR won’t even wake me up. Still had me focused doeeee 👌🏼 so we’re good lol.

Wayyyyy freaking back Wednesday!!! Such a little guy 😳😳😳 I had a great time during this prep though. I was a terrible poser mostly and really forgot what I was supposed to do when I got on stage but I really had a good time just enjoying my moment.
