It’s been a week since the end of #HiwagaNgKambat, and only now have I managed to get my thoughts and feelings together. #Kambat and Iking himself was a role that I never thought I would ever have to play or even get the chance to play. I mean... a half bat, half human That’s not a typical role. And to be honest, I never struggled more in my life. I was always worried about my performance and if it was good enough. Physically, it was hard but mentally.. I don’t think anything could have prepared me for it. But here I am. Still standing. By the grace of God, I made it. Some people might not think this was as hard as I am making it out to sound. But to those who do know... thank you for standing by me each second of the way. @lauraanika @therealkevinbarber and of course Mama, thank you for staying up to see me after each taping and for always checking up on me. @anagfeleo Thank you for helping me develop the tools to stand my ground in the face of uncertainty, and for helping me trust myself. @lovecapulong Thank you for being there in the very first meeting, in which I was so nervous. @dreamscapeph and sir @montie08 for giving me the opportunity and chance to grow and experience this role. To @graefernandez @sunshinecruz718 @epiquizon @maloudeguzman_ , thank you for being the best family, on and off set that I could ask for, forever will I treasure the memories and advice you all gave me. To the whole production, Direk Onat and Direk Jerome, the whole crew and especially the Prosthetics team, thank you not only for your patience and trust, but also your understanding everytime I struggled. Of course to @maymay, thank you for being one of my main sources of strength throughout the months of taping. At the end of the day, this was just a show. Tv. Something you watch every sunday. But for me it changed my life in ways I never expected it would. It pushed me past limits I never knew I had.
But the biggest thank you of all has to be to the most important people in any shows success. You. The viewer.
Thank you to all of you who watched, supported and tweeted. I love you. You have no idea how grateful I am. You’re are all a blessing🙏🏼
