One thing that drives me Nuts about this generation is that we literally Glorify surgery so much in media to the point that people will discredit your hard work. Not everyone gets work done. I’ll say this time and time again. I have NO issue people who get surgery and I don’t believe in body shaming anyone! However on my page I chose to highlight embracing being natural. So it’s really frustrating when people try to discredit that. I’ve been told my ribs are removed cause my small waist and my dermal piercings (as you can see one of them fell out, as they do a lot) are lipo scars lol! As you can see I got cellulite, scars, and a little belly still. And I LOVE MY BODY. I work to the best version of me. I have NEVER altered body in a photo. Some days I’m skinner, some days I’m bloated. Some days are angles. No fronting. No bs. This is me. This post is not to prove anything to anyone because I don’t care. This post is for all the girls who follow me to know your body is beautiful. I struggle too. I work out 5 days a week and try to be healthy. I’m not perfect. This is tea and raw. No lies, no teas, no fat transfers. Just self love on my own journey. STOP comparing your body to someone online and learn to embrace all of YOU and love yourself. If anyone needs to someone to talk to about their body issues, Dm me ❤️🤗🙏🏽

Been a minute since I posted a selfie

Happy Labor Day! I’m starting my morning with these delicious paleo pancakes from @cateredfit ! I get a ton of DMs about what my diet consist of. I do @cateredfit PALEO meal plan. The meals come fresh, cooked daily, and never frozen. I also drink two @livevegansmart shakes a day for extra protein. When I want to snack on something I eat avocados, sweet potatoes, bananas, and grapefruit. I do allow myself every Sunday to have a cheat day and I’m currently in the gym 5 days a week. Give me a couple weeks and y’all going to see these abs lol. If you have any questions comment below 🤗❤️ Also to everyone commenting about my ribs showing and telling me to breathe. I’m breathing perfectly fine. My ribs always show. No matter how I stand. Thanks for your concern! 😊

If you are trying to get a smaller waist it’s really important to understand you need to do strength/weight training for your WHOLE BODY! Also maintaining a healthy diet is a key!! DO NOT compare your body to someone else! We are all built differently. I’ll be doing a video on this soon. If you have any more questions on this comment below 💪🏽🤗
