Robert Frank changed the course of photography. I was blessed to have had an opportunity to meet him and take a few portraits in his home on Bleecker Street. A highlight in my life was sitting with him while he flipped through my book “When They Came to Take My Father, Voices of the Holocaust“ that I had given him. He took the time and really looked at every picture.
