General Care Instructions
Remove your jewelry when bathing, swimming or using cleaning products. Hairsprays/perfumes/etc can dull some stones.
Please be gentle and kind to your jewelry!
When putting on and removing Stretch Bracelets, gently roll it over your hand. Avoid unnecessary pulling on bracelet.
Sizing Details
Size is based on total length of the piece. In the case of one-size bracelets and all necklaces, length is listed in the product information.
To find your bracelet size, measure your wrist with a tape measure or string. For a looser fit add about 1/2 an inch.
Want a custom size? Send a message requesting one of the following:
X-small 6.5 inches
Small 7 inches (all bracelets are size 'Small' unless otherwise noted)
Medium 7.5 inches
Large 8 inches
Packaging
All items are wrapped individually to insure their safety during travel.
If your item is being sent as a gift please choose the gift option at check out, you will be directed to choose optional gift wrapping and note message.
Don't forget every purchase comes with a free small gift for you!
Gift Wrapping and Packaging
If you choose the gift option at checkout you will receive optional gift wrapping and personalized notes.
Necklaces and Bracelets are secured in bubble wrap and wrapped in silver/gray or brown paper then tied up with note tag.
ITEMS ARE NOT PLACED IN BOXES ON ORDER TO REDUCE WASTE
If you would like your item in a box, please message for availability.

Shipping Charges
In any case where Etsy has over-estimated the shipping charges I refund shipping overcharges.
This only an issue when ordering a larger amount of items.
Sterling Silver and Gold Filled Care
As with all jewelry please remove when bathing, swimming or using cleaning products. Hairsprays/perfumes/etc can dull some stones and metals.
Store Sterling Silver and Gold Filled Jewelry in airtight container (ex speciality box, a zipping bag)
Keep jewelry from rubbing excessively against other jewelry (ex wrap in a small piece of tissue paper or cloth)
Be sure to pat dry any jewelry piece that may get damp. Do not store jewelry in a humid area.
Consider purchasing an ADD ON polishing cloth to remove and prevent tarnish
ONLY USE SILVER POLISHING CLOTHS ON SILVER
Before cleaning jewelry read all information on cleaner and be sure you know what materials your jewelry is made of and how gems are affected.
