Working for these luxury brands has not only given me the passion to serve, but has opened my eyes to what the guest sees and what goes on behind the scenes.
While my experience was primarily in the front of house, I always found myself drawn to the kitchen to try and catch a taste of what the chefs were creating. The amount of detail they put into their dishes was always something I felt needed to be captured, so everything I got a taste of, my camera did too.
