☆ TICKETING ☆

This event is only for two (2) days, July 6 and 7, 2019 with a limited number of sessions each day.

Tickets are $20 each, including tax and gratuity.

• RSVP only. Tickets are required for admission.
• Each ticket guarantees a seat, one (1) entrée plus drink, and a free gift.
• Each ticket holder is allotted one hour at the designated time selected at purchase. Arrivals after their chosen time slot will not be honored.
• Ticket holders are required to follow the event schedule outlined below.

Ticket sales are for one week and online only. Sales will begin June 14, 2019 at 12:00 PM PST and end June 21, 2019 at 12:00 PM PST. No tickets will be sold at the door. Once a session has sold out, there will be no waitlist. Tickets are non-refundable. There are no cancellations, refunds, exchanges or transfers.

☆ FOOD ☆

There will be three entrée options available, which come with your choice of fountain beverage and coffee, plus special Rilakkuma-themed macarons for dessert. (Allergy warning: ALL macarons contain sugar, eggs, dairy, nuts, and may possess wheat/gluten. No vegan dessert option is available.)

• Option A: Cheeseburger w/ fries (angus beef, melted American cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles)
• Option B: Hamburger w/ fries (angus beef, ketchup, mustard, pickles)
• Option C: Vegetarian chopped salad w/ pita bread (romaine, baby kale, cabbage, edamame, cucumbers, tomatoes with optional goat cheese and green chili ranch or simple vinaigrette served on the side)

Please choose carefully as you will not be able to change your order once you check out!

NO modifications or substitutions, please. We unfortunately cannot accommodate any special dietary requests or restrictions. For those with allergies, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination as it is a shared kitchen. Please review your options at your personal discretion.

☆ SEATING ☆

Seating is limited to parties of 1 to 6. Parties of 2 or smaller may be seated at a communal table. (Time to make new friends!) You are welcome to go in groups larger than 6, but seating together is not guaranteed.

To be seated together, please have ONE person in your party purchase ALL tickets for your group. Tickets purchased separately are treated as such.

We cannot seat your party together unless everyone is present. NO EXCEPTIONS. Late arrivals within the hour of their time slot will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however, the reservation will be considered forfeit 10 minutes after reservation start. There will be NO refunds, transfers, or exchanges for late comers or no shows.

☆ EVENT SCHEDULE ☆

For the first part of your 1 hour session, please feel free to relax, eat, and enjoy the Rilakkuma Cafe. Towards the end of the hour (40 min mark), guests can gather their belongings and proceed to the photo area for a meet and greet with Rilakkuma!

☆ CHILDREN ☆

Children under the age of 2 are welcome to accompany a ticketed adult. Children over the age of 2 are required to have a purchased ticket in order to attend and qualify for a seat, one of the above meals, and free gift. Children who enter for free do not qualify for a meal or gift.

☆ REFUND POLICY ☆

All sales are final. No exceptions. There will be NO refunds, transfers, or exchanges for late comers or no shows. Late arrivals within the hour of their time slot will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however, the reservation will be considered forfeit 10 minutes after reservation start. Late arrivals will still end at the appointed reservation end time. Late arrivals past their reservation slot will not be honored. San-X and its associates will not be held liable for any accidental purchases or damages made to the venue by guests. All buyers purchase at their own risk and discretion.
