What are your hours and class schedule?
Our facility is open for use Monday-Friday 8AM to 9PM, and Saturday 8AM to 2PM. You can find detailed information on our Memberships Page!
Do you offer private training?

What should I wear to classes?
Quality active-wear, hand wraps, boxing gloves, wrestling shoes, shin guards, and a mouth guard are the bloodline of your training, but not all are necessary for beginners. Visit us for gear recommendations and information!
