Why not a girl child?

Women – the word itself describes how strong she can be. Living in this 21st century where India is called among the developing country but still there are many people in our country who do not treat women with respect. Now let us come to our society.

We all live in a society where women are treated as slave. The society needs mother to serve them food, wife to feed their thirst and sisters to care (not all of them ) but they don’t need a daughter. Why so? Girls are gods gift. Old age peoples say when a girl is born, devi Laxmi is born in the house who would fulfill the house with happiness.

But then there are some demons still in this society kill the baby girl even when she has not come to this world. Why is this? For this we cannot blame the society alone because for this even the women is responsible for the same. When someone is against such things, it’s our moral duty to protest them. Maybe the world would be against you but if you are right then no one can stop you.

We cannot commit when would the society change or so would be their thoughts but one thing we can change for sure is our way of thinking. If we change then would definitely be society. Instead of thinking, we are born with baby girl and there is no one to look after us in our old age days; it would be better if people say that I am blessed with baby girl and glad to know that I would be having a daughter to look after me in my old age days, one at my house and other at my son-in-laws house.

Even in our ancient times women was blessed with supreme powers, she was Mahakali, Durga and was blessed with immensed powers. The culture goes on we say and so stop killing a girl child and protect them with love, care. Daughters are our pride and let the society think wide!

Indian Marriage

When we heard the word love we feel that love is same for everyone and all countries define the word love in the same sense. But no there is something different in India than that of the other countries.

If we ask a boy and girl who have newly fell in love about their relationship then their eyes would speak more than their words. Because for them this love is something new. Its strange when two people who are totally mad at each other, care and understand each other, love each other to such a extent that staying away from each other is difficult for them then why can’t they just get married? Why can’t our Indian society accept them  as they are ? Why do they have to pay for their love ?

If being honest marriage is a committed relationship where two peoples decide to get married upon their wishes and their families help them for the same. The society attends the ceremony and then the “HAPPY MARRIED LIFE” starts. But is it actully a married life ? According to Indian society, still there are arrange marriage being done in the society and the girl is wished to marry someone whom she does not know, not has met before. 80% of the arrange marriage are done without the girls consent and the reason is because she is a girl or she was in a relationship before.

What is the issue if she was in a relationship before, if she thinks that there is someone who can keep her happy for life, someone who understands her, care for her, loves her and more importantly she feels secured being with the person then why can’t the our Indian society accept them. Yes, care for the future of the girl is also an important thing but that care sometime turns into restrictions and limitations upon the girls.

Even after completing 69 years of Independence we live in a society where girls are forced to live a life which the society decides. A girl is forced to marry someone whom she does not want to and has to forget the one with whom she has being in relationship. When would this soceity grow up? When would the girl get the real indpendence ? When would they be allowed to take their own decision ? Equal rights for men and women is what the whole world says but where are rights being given to women yet.

Think …. ?

#Fathersdayspecial

Yesterday throughout the world we celebrated the Father’s day Festival. It was something new to all of us. Many peoples show their love and care for their fathers. For every daughter her dad is the best, her first love, her superhero and everything to her. But now there are few things which people don’t know which happen only in India as I think.

Father the role hero of every child’s life. Every child admire their father and think that someday he would be like his/her father. But then where we are in a developing phase of life our society is still backward. Even today in some part of our country a male is treated superior than a women. Even today some people treat their daughters as a mistake of their life. The father of the child does not want the baby to come out in this world and the reason being that she is a girl. Even if she is born she is treated like a maid in the house and given in the hands of the person who does not deserve her.

I agree that this does not happen everywhere, but this happen in small towns of this country where people are still illiterate. A salute to all those fathers who brought up their daughters like a princess and treat them like a fairy.
