In order to create the most unforgettable experience for our customers, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or cold beverage while you pick out your favourite nail polish colour.
★Late Arrivals
Please be understanding that late arrivals may result in shortened service times or being rescheduled. We also ask for your kind understanding that we will accept walk-in clients if you are more than 10 minutes late.
★24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed at least 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. The full service will be charged.
