Thr room is dated and some design flawed. The shower door handle is fixed in a reverse way. Hanging towel rod should be placed on the outside and not inside. There should not be a kerb by the toilet entrance accident by kicking the kerb is real esp middle of the night. The long mirror reflecting the inside sink gave an optical lusiin as the entrance to the toilet thus you might want to walk through the mirror. WiFi is weak at the Lounge and Food Exchange. The Lounge and the Food Exchange is warm. The Premier Lounge canapy is extremely weak and boring. The service lady is also boring and do not wear any smiles.

I put neither since i asked for a smoking room as well, but tbh when i came in the floor is a bit dirty and theres a hair in the bed

Good location. There's some convinince store nearby. Breakfast choice varies every day. Staff if friendly and helpful. But WIFI needs to be updated. Elevator wait time sometimes took lots of time since there are many guest staying during my stay. And one more thing drop off/pick up to/from the hotel should be free of charge.
