All Events DJs is hosting a Hiring Event on Thursday, February 28th from 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Interested applicants are required to complete the form below to qualify for an interview. Upon review and approval of the application, the hiring manager will email a link to schedule an interview.

Interviews will be held in 15-minute increments at the All Events DJs office at 609 Attain Street, Suite 171, Fuquay-Varina, NC.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, dressed appropriately for a job interview.
Failure to arrive on-time for your scheduled appointment will result in cancellation of the interview and interviews will not be rescheduled.

Description of Company & Event Positions:

All Events DJs provides DJ, Lighting, and Photo Booth services to Wedding and Special Events around the greater Triangle area. Established in 2011, the company’s home office is located in Fuquay-Varina. The company completes an average of 150 Weddings per year, 75 Special Events, and 300 weeknight Music Bingo events. The company is looking for reliable, friendly, and professional event staff members to add to their team for the 2019 Wedding & Event season.

DJ - Job duties include picking up equipment for an event, setting up equipment, hosting / MC responsibilities, playing music and hosting formalities throughout event, following event timeline and outline, working closely with coworkers and vendors, equipment break down, returning equipment to office. DJs are required to complete a training program as well as participate in training and “shadowing” as an Event Assistant / Trainee at events until they are approved to DJ events on their own.

Event Assistant - Job duties include loading and unloading equipment, setting up equipment at events. Working closely with DJ, other staff, and vendors to coordinate all event formalities. Assist DJ as needed throughout event. At the end of the event, the Assistant will help break down equipment. Assistants should be friendly and customer service oriented, easy to work with, comfortable speaking with others.

Photo Booth Attendant - Job duties include picking up Photo Booth equipment for an event, setting up equipment, interacting with guests and clients, troubleshooting camera and printer functions to keep event running smoothly, delivery of digital product to client at end of event, break down, returning equipment to the office. Attendants work closely with DJ and other event staff as well as vendors throughout the event. Attendants should be independent and confident with a high level of customer service skills.

Music Bingo Hosts - Weeknight availability is required for this position, as events happen in the evenings Monday - Thursday at local restaurants, bars, and breweries. Hosts will pick up equipment, set up, and host Music Bingo for patrons. Events are typically 2-hours in length. After event, host will break down and return equipment to the office.
