About Anjasmara and Yoga - Anjas found his way to yoga on 2004 as he deepened his meditation practice. He searched through books and video and developed his own self practice. Anjas then met Deera Dewi in 2012 from whom he studied with before finally completing his 200Hr YTT with LearnYoga@GG and Noah Maze. He is an E-RYT200 with Yoga Alliance and advanced RYT 500 with Yogamaze.

For Anjas, Yoga is a way of knowing, learning and building an integrated body, mind and soul where we can find the Teacher within. Most of all, Yoga has taught him about acceptance, understanding and love. His style is fun, challenging and engaging. Anjas has taught in Namaste Festival, Bali Spirit Festival 2015, Rhishikesh Film And Art Festival 2017, XYoga Dubai 2018 ,various events in Jakarta and cities around Indonesia, to share his love of Yoga. Anjas also taught at Gudang Gudang Studio, also at his home Asmaradana Sanctuary.

The word hatha actually means willful or forceful – and refers to a set of postures that are designed to align the skin, the muscles, and the bones. They are designed to open the many channels of the body – specifically the spine (referring to the sushsumna nadi) so that energy can flow more freely through the body.
