Shipping
All products are handmade and our current processing time is 3-7 working days.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for redirecting your package, should it be returned to us due to an incorrect address or name.
UK ORDERS
All UK orders will be shipped 1st Class with Royal Mail. You also have the option for 1st Class Signed For (please select at checkout).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International sticker and greeting card orders will be shipped with Royal Mail International Standard (Untracked) to keep the cost down. Tracking can be selected at checkout if you prefer this service.
Any other product we offer (embellishments, wax seals, sequins etc) require international tracking as of 1st January 2021.
International orders usually arrive within 1-2 weeks depending on your location. They sometimes take a bit longer if they are delayed and can take up to two months.
We are not responsible for any additional taxes / custom fees that may incur in your country on international orders.
