We have a range of mobile gelato & sorbet bars designed to delight your guests and bring a little decadence to your special day in Brisbane and surrounding areas.

All of our carts roll up to your event dressed to impress, complete with an umbrella cap and beautiful styling elements. We are always punctual, and will start serving at whatever time you choose - straight after the ceremony as a sweet treat for your guests while you take photos (don’t worry - we’ll save you some!), during the festivities later on, or even as a delicious dessert after the main meal. We will work around you schedule on the special day

With three flavours on offer (picked by you from our entire range), you and your guests will love the lush Gelato and sweet Sorbet we provides, all made fresh for your event right here in Queensland by the Maleny Food Co. Herb comes with all the necessary trimmings for you and your guests - a personalised menu board, cups, cones, spoons, serviettes, and all our carts can even transform into a heavenly sundae dessert bar upon request - you need only ask.

Dolci & Co are the allergy specialists and understand completely that food allergies and special diets must be taken into consideration. Herb is happy to state that all of our sorbets are dairy and gluten free, and almost all of our Gelato is gluten free, so your guests with special diets will feel included during the happy occasion. We can also cater for Vegan Friendly clients as well on request

Once your cart is empty and your guests are full, we roll quietly and unobtrusively out, leaving you and your guests to dance the night away

Wedding Gelato Package

When hiring our carts for your wedding, you get:

• Complete set-up and pack-down

• One and a half (1.5) hours of service

• An attendant to serve your guests

• Three (3) gelato/sorbet flavours chosen from our extensive delicious collection - this serves approx. up to 90 single serves.

• Cups, waffle cones, spoons and serviettes

• A menu board and easel displaying your flavours

• And most importantly, your own Gelato cart, dressed to impress

We are proud to use artisanal gelato and sorbet from the Maleny Food Co, located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland. Their products consistently win Australian industry awards and after one delectable bite, you will understand why.

The Nitty-Gritty

Please note:

• all our carts requires a flat surface to set up and serve on. Bear in mind that stairs and narrow pathways are very difficult for our carts to navigate, so please check with us beforehand if the area/venue is suitable - we can usually find a way to make it work!

• If additional serving time is required a fee of $55 per half hour will apply.

• We arrive on site 30 mins before hand to set up ready to serve. If you require us to arrive earlier than half an hour to set up and additional charge of $50 per half hour will apply.

• If your event is in the city where parking fees apply, there will be a fee for parking based on the pricing of the closest parking garage. If there is a place to park the van where parking fees do not apply, please let us know.

• If there is no power available, we will supply a generator for a fee of $100.

• To confirm your booking, a $150 (Non Refundable) deposit is required to secure your event date.

• Once your booking is confirmed, a booking form and flavour menu will be sent to you.

• The remaining amount is due 14 days before your booked date in order for us to pay our beautiful suppliers.

• One week from your event date I will contact you to confirm all details are correct and ask you for your gelato/sorbet flavours you have selected for Herb to serve at your event.

• Should the event be on council land, we would need a copy of the relevant paperwork/license stating we are allowed to operate and serve food there.

• We always allow enough time to arrive at your venue and be set up ready to serve at the specified time. However in the event of being caught in a traffic incident we will phone/msg your “best” contact on the day to let them know what time we will be arriving. This needs to be a contact that will answer their phone.

• In the event that there is an emergency where we are unable to attend on your day, we will offer you a full refund. This has never happened and hopefully never will.
