Who we are……
EP Function Hire was started in 2014 within the idyllic seaside town of Tumby Bay South Australia and have since established themselves as part of the first class Eyre Peninsula wedding industry. With a large and unique range of hire items, most of which are custom made, you will not find products like this anywhere else. Crystal James and her hardworking team pride themselves on making IT happen. Attention to detail and genuine passion for the event industry mean you get the very best end result.
What we do……
The team at EP Function Hire are the Eyre Peninsulas wedding and event decor specialist. Nothing is out of reach, if you can dream it, we can create it. From supplying you with a few bits and pieces to full planning and concept design, we are here to make your day stress free and enjoyable!

Event Design & Planning- Let us create a beautiful concept for you and use our industry connections to make sure you have the perfect day with the best vendors.
On The Day Coordination- Crystal can be a part of your special day, Bridesmaid on steroids as she likes to refer to herself.
Full Set Up- Our team come in and create a beautiful party space for you from start to finish while you sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your guests
Part Set Up-We do things such as setting up lighting and backdrops that can be a bit more technical but leave the rest to you and your army of helpers.
Supply Only- You can collect from our storage facility in Tumby Bay or we can deliver to your desired location.
