We are a professional, caring, friendly dance school in Walderslade, Chatham. Pupils can learn to dance with us whether this be purely as a hobby or seeking strong technical training should they wish to pursue a professional career in the industry.

The shows they put on are amazing and gives the children such a wonderful opportunity to dance on stage. The school is like a little family and the older girls even help with the smaller ones. Brilliant Dance School. HI Dance Academy is such a lovely dance school. My daughters have been here since they were babies and their confidence has grown not only in dance but in themselves and this is reflected in their day to day life, at school and at home. The teachers are exceptionally kind, professional, experienced and encouraging and make everyone feel included. The children have the opportunity to take exams and perform in shows, which they thoroughly enjoy. It is a small, friendly school and everyone is made to feel welcome and my daughters have made wonderful friendships here. I would highly recommend this dance school, whatever your age.

I’ve done Street Dance at HI Dance Academy for 4 years now & Modern, Tap and Ballet for 3 years. Dance is my favourite thing to do and I have learnt so much in the time I have been there. Miss Hannah and Miss Sophie are always encouraging me to do my best and I hope to be as good as them one day! I’ve made lots of friends there to and I always look forward to my lessons.
