Orders usually ship 10-14 days after they are placed, but will be longer than that during peak holiday seasons (mothers day and christmas).

Personalization info should be left in the 'notes to seller' box when you check out here at etsy.
Orders are stamped EXACTLY how you leave the instructions. PLEASE, please, please DOUBLE CHECK spellings before submitting your order.
Care instructions
Copper and brass will oxidize, that is the nature of those metals. You can polish them right back up using a pro polish pad or any CLOTH, NOT LIQUID cleaner. If you don't shine them up, they will patina and have a great finish to them.
Sterling silver also may need to be polished, but will not oxidize like the copper and brass. When not wearing your pieces, if you store them in a seal tight baggie, they will not tarnish as quickly as when they are exposed to the air.
PLEASE do not get your stamped jewelry wet! The water may leave droplets and stains on the pieces.
What is the 'average' chain length?
The average chain length for an adult woman is 18 inches.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Keychains are packaged in a small, kraft paper bag. Necklaces are packaged in a small muslin bag-both perfect for gift giving.
**I do not send receipts with your pieces, so no worries if you are gift giving.
Can both sides of an item be stamped?
No, I am sorry, but I can only stamp one side of an item.
