5 out of 5 starsThese came out just the way I wanted. I ordered one for each of my kittens. Shipping is always fast. I saw them from a distance when I first received them and thought the outer edge was white instead of lilac. I messaged the seller and she told me it is just a rubber guard and I can take it off but the tag won't last as long. I love that you get a proof to approve before it is sent out! I highly recommend this shop!

I asked her if it was possible to change the tags, she said it was. I am so thankful! She not only changed the tags, she changed the background color on one of them. Frequently asked questions
When Can I Expect A Proof of The Tag(s) I've Purchased?
You will receive a proof of your tag within 24-48 hours of placing your order. I typically do not work on the weekends, so most orders placed Saturday-Sunday will receive a proof Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. Please be sure to add all information (spelled correctly) needed for the proof in the "Notes to Seller" portion at checkout. I will message you through Etsy if more information is needed.
I Did Not Respond To The Proof, What Happens With My Tag Purchase?
IF I do not get an approval or any kind of response within 48 hours of the FIRST sent message, I will send out the tag as is. Please check our junk folder as my emails may end up in there. I am NOT responsible for contact information being entered incorrectly on a tag. I copy and paste exactly what is entered in the notes. PLEASE be sure to double check the information! If I do not hear from you within 48 hours of the first proof, and the contact information is incorrect, you are responsible for purchasing a replacement.
I Have A Puppy/Smaller Dog, Do You Provide Smaller Key Rings?
All tags come with a small, 5/8" key ring. We recommend using this size for puppies and smaller dogs to help prevent being chewed on. If your pup is a chewer, we recommend trying Bitter Apple Spray to help deter them from chomping on the tag. Our tags are not indestructible, so it is possible for your pup to leave teeth marks on the tag. We do provide a silicon silencer to help protect the tag from bents, dents, scratches, etc., but it does not protect the tag from being chewed on.
If your pup happens to chew on their tag within a month of arrival, we do offer a one time replacement. Please message us for more information.
Webbing Collar Return + Exchange Policy
• EXCHANGES: For the safety of other pets, we cannot resell an item that has been tried on by your pet or has been in a home with other pets. For this reason, if you happen to purchase the wrong size, please message us within 3 days of delivery, and you will receive a one-time discount to repurchase your collar in the correct size.
• RETURNS: If you decide you do not want the collar, please message me within 3 DAYS of delivery (we will not accept a return or exchange after the 3 day mark). You are responsible for shipping the collar back to us. Since we are unable to resell, you will receive a refund for the purchasing price of the item (minus original shipping cost and 30% to help cover product costs).
How To Properly Measure For A Webbing Collar
The easiest way to measure is to take a string and wrap it around where the collar will lay. Rule of thumb is to leave about two fingers of space to ensure the collar is not too tight.
Measuring a Current Belt Collar: Measure your current dog's belt collar from the inside of the buckle (center bar) where the fabric lays to the current hole your dog uses.
Measuring an Adjustable Collar: Measure your current dog's adjustable collar from the non-squeeze side end (female end) to the fabric inside of the squeeze end (male end).

What are your tags made out of?
All of our tags are aluminum. The tag design is permanently adhered which makes our tags waterproof. All tags come with a silicon silencer to help protect the tag from being bent, dent, scratched, etc. Our tags are also double sided for contact information to be added to the backside.
PLEASE NOTE: Our tags are not indestructible. Tags can be damaged if chewed on or bumped against rough surfaces. For puppies or smaller dogs, we recommend the small key ring to help keep the tag higher up so your pup doesn't swing the tag in their mouth. If your puppy is a chewer, we recommend trying Bitter Apple Spray to help deter them from chewing on the tag. We do offer a one time replacement if any damages occur to your tag within one month of delivery.
Are your tags double sided?
Yes! All of our tags are double sided and can contain up to 4 lines of contact information, depending on length.
