Hi! I’m Kat Bitove, Founder of xoxo sports

I believe that every athlete is an all star

Since 2018, xoxo sports has been a game-changer for athletes. Kat Bitove recognized a gap in the sports marketing industry: there are countless talented athletes out there, but they didn’t have the resources to build their personal brand and attract sponsors.

Initially launched with in-person brand management, xoxo sports pivoted to virtual coaching and downloadable tools during the pandemic. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive from clients, who love the convenience and flexibility that allows them to seamlessly weave brand-building into their training and competition schedules.

Whether you’re starting your journey or at the pinnacle of your game, with xoxo sports, your marketing strategy is destined for greatness.

Our Founder’s Journey

Meet the Kat Bitove, the life-long sports enthusiast who turned her passion into an impressive career. A proud alumna of Branksome Hall, Kat flexed her academic prowess at the University of Toronto, diving deep into History and Sociology. And much to the delight (and sometimes bemusement) of her educators, she managed
to steer most of her papers towards sports.

Taking her passion a step further, Kat attended George Brown College, where she nabbed a
diploma in Sports & Entertainment Marketing in 2012. From there, the world became her
playing field. She honed her skills with internships galore, including stints at Insight Sports, TSN,
Scotiabank, and MLSE. But the big leagues awaited, and in 2013, she joined the Canadian Olympic Committee’s partnerships team. There, she supported iconic Olympic partnerships with the
likes of Molson Canadian, Hudson’s Bay, adidas, and many more.

During her time at the COC, Kat also supervised the Petro-Canada FACE program, and orchestrated over 100 paid appearances for Canadian Olympic heroes. Later, she aced it as the manager for tennis sensation Milos Raonic, and in 2018, she served up her own venture, xoxo sports.

Kat's Olympic spirit didn't stop at her desk. She's been on the ground, bringing her expertise to the Vancouver 2010, Sochi 2014, Toronto 2015, and PyeongChang 2018 Games, dazzling in hospitality and outfitting roles.

When not making waves in the sports world, Kat is based Toronto with her husband,
Quinton, and their lovable rescue pup Steven. From the classrooms of U of T to the
world stage of sports, Kat Bitove's journey is a grand slam of determination, passion,
and more than a bit of fun.
