I really have no idea how this place could even get 3.5 stars. If I was basing the rating on food alone, I would give it a 1 but since they were really nice I'll bump it to 2.

I recently found out there was a pho restaurant really close to my work and was super excited to try it. I came in for lunch the other day with my friend and ordered a pho dac biet, an order of egg rolls and a Vietnamese coffee.

The coffee came first and after taking the first sip I was quite confused as to what I was actually drinking. It did not taste like a Vietnamese coffee; it tasted more like coconut flavored chocolate milk. This definitely had me worried about our food.

When our food came out, I saw my bowl and it just looked very empty so I asked the waiter if they had made a mistake. Sadly it was my mistake because the sad looking pho in front of me was the dac biet. I decided to give it a whirl and tried the broth. Again, I was disappointed but no longer shocked. The broth tasted watered down so I doused it with sriracha, hoisin sauce and lime.

By this time, my pho was bearable but I'd like to take note it consisted of only 2-3 quartered meatballs, some rare steak meat and I think a tiny piece of tripe. The eggs rolls were alright nothing special but they weren't bad.

2 bowls of pho, 2 Vietnamese coffees and an order of egg rolls later, we paid our slightly overpriced bill and left.

      I'm sorry, I can't come back.

I'm not one to choose sweets for breakfast but after tasting the fruity pebbles pop tart and berry brioche bun, I think I'm going to have to change my ways.

I was afraid the pastries were going to be way too sweet but surprisingly were absolutely delicious! I just love the vibrant colors and the softness of the brioche bun and the flakiness of the pop tart. I also got their special coffee with cereal milk and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since. It's really really strong for me but I think I'm addicted!

I believe the truck is only at that location a couple times a week but you'd have to check with their website for more specifics.

I'm definitely a fan of everything from their super cute baby blue truck to their delicious and fresh pastries to their super strong coffee and their super friendly staff.

Oh bear flags, how I remember you being oh so delicious. What happened? This was my first time back since they moved to Via Lido and I was excited to finally try it again. The new location has more parking, a larger eating area and can easily accommodate more customers. There was a long line when we arrived around 7 pm but it moved quickly.

My bf and I ordered 3 taco tues fish taco specials, a 16 oz clam chowder and the large wahoo fish with rice and black beans. The soup came out quickly and we began to devour it. I thought the clam chowder was good but a bit thick. I killed it nonetheless. We then waited for the rest of our food which took a while but the soup was filling so I was ok.

Finally our food came out and my tacos looked pretty with all of the tomatoes, red cabbage and avocado I added to my tacos. But where was my fish? I managed to find it buried underneath all of the veggies. I took a bite and, well, at least the fish was good, even with my none existent fish. Could not say the same for my bf's dish though. He got a slab of dry and semi cold wahoo fish with his two sides. He did love the black beans but for 15 dollars they could've at least made the food look better or taste better.

Overall, disappointed. Overpriced for average food.

I had really high hopes for the food but it wasn't the greatest and definitely not the cheapest.

My friend and I ordered the odin, the thunder dog and the dragon eggs tater tots. First off, we really really should've shared 1 bratwurst and the tater tots because the food was massive!

The food came out quick and looked amazing but I would have to say the biggest problem was the bun it was in. There was so much bread we had no clue what to do with it and ended up having to throw away 95% of the bun. The sausage itself was good but not amazing and the tater tots were good too but definitely on the super heavy side.

Great taco tuesday prices and their hot sauce is on point.

My bf and I wanted to try something new and decided to come here. The parking lot is kind of a disaster because it is so tiny and the seating situation was a little difficult but we managed to park on the street and find outside seating.

I ordered the carne asada, al pastor and fish taco and I loved all three. I could've definitely devoured at least 2 more.

This place is so close to my house, I am definitely coming back
