By clicking this, you understand that: INSURANCE: All vendors selling products MUST also turn in a copy of their Certificate of Insurance naming, as additional insured, Hardywood Park Craft Brewery by 7/2/19. Vendors should carry insurance for a single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for its employees, agents, contractors’ representatives, volunteers, guests and invitees. EVENT SET-UP & CLEAN-UP: The festival is from 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. rain or shine. Vendor set-up begins at 9 a.m. and all vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 12 noon. If health inspection is needed, food vendors must be ready two (2) hours before event start time. All vendors must be cleaned up and vacate the premises within one (1) hour of event end time. FOOD VENDOR DEADLINES: Health permits and copy of insurance will be due by 6/14/19. We will turn them in all together. Please do not submit anything to the health department. I request permission to exhibit or sell at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery for the HeArt & Soul Brew Fest managed by Hardywood and Like The Fruit LLC. I give consent to having published any picture, video, or news release of my business for news and advertising purposes of the festival. I agree to clean up and remove all items from my vendor space within one hour of event end time.
