The adventure photographer Krystle Wright ( instagram account), from Canon Australia, explores the most extreme places in the world looking out for the perfect frame which also reveals the place’s soul. This time, she teamed up with the famous Australian vet Dr. Chris Brown (here) and flew together to Pico Island in the Azores Islands with only one goal: to capture a unique photograph of a human swimming next to Sperm Whales.

After several non-successful attempts to find the giants, those finally appeared and even interacted with Krystle, thus providing a close meeting and, as she described, “unexpected”.

Desta vez, juntou-se ao famoso veterinário australiano Dr. Chris Brown (aqui) e voaram até à ilha do Pico, nos Açores com um objectivo: captar uma imagem única de um humano a nadar lado a lado com Cachalotes.

Depois de várias tentativas falhadas de encontrá-los, eis que os Cachalotes finalmente apareceram e até interagiram com Krystle, proporcionando assim um encontro bastante próximo e, como a própria descreve, “inesperado”.
