Commission Info And Pricing Guide
Please read this sheet in its entirety. Prices listed are for digital commissions. These are base prices and can vary due to complexity. Contact me to ask for a quote!

Reference Sheets- $150-$550 (starts at flats, to semi-shaded, to full shaded/painted and then the dynamic coloration. Choose views, tongue and nsfw reference, headshot expressions, clothes)

Additionals:

Extra Characters are + 75% price
Backgrounds are anywhere from $15-$55 depending on complexity, interactions and detail desired. NSFW, depending on how graphic, will require additional payment. Nudity is not subject to additional payment, but sexual and lewd is. Intercourse even more so.

Understand that there is a waiting period, so don’t expect your piece to be done the second you purchase. Payment must be made BEFORE I begin on your commission. All payments are to be done as USD and through PayPal. Payment plans can be discussed if they are required. Commissioner is also required to pay PayPal tax, and will vary depending on the commission price and if you are out of the USA. I will NOT accept e-checks.

Sevelliara’s Terms Of Service
By commissioning me or receiving free art with your consent, you (the purchaser) hereby agree to the following terms:

To pay the full amount of commission, before I (Sevelliara aka Xephyriel) begin any work. Purchase plans are possible, please inquire. All transactions will be made via USD currency via Paypal upon receiving an invoice or upon an agreement to get direct cash via Paypal. I will NOT accept e-checks. If one is sent, I will be cancelling it.

The artist (myself) is under NO obligation to make any edits as a result of any omitted details of necessary information given. Should the commissioner require the artist to make any major edits AFTER the inking phase is finalized and I (the artist) choose to fulfill them, edits will be charged accordingly, leaving it entirely up to the artist’s discretion to determine what does and doesn’t constitute as an edit. So please PLEASE provide proper reference accompanied by proper text description if references don’t show everything.

The artist has the right to utilize any and all images and derivatives paid for or commissioned by the purchaser for future portfolio use.

As the artist, I have the right to REFUSE any commissioner for any reason. I also have the right to refuse refunds if I have done the appropriate amount of work, or if you bully and/or harass me and my followers on any social media platform and stream. I have had this happen. YOU do NOT have the right to pay another artist to finish a purchased sketch,

EXPANDED SECTION

Rights and Licensing

• As the content creator, I am fully entitled to all rights of the artwork I produce
• I retain the right to deny any commission for any reason
• I retain the right to schedule my own hours and work on commissions in the order I see fit, while still fulfilling said commissions in a reasonable time frame
• You may NOT edit any artwork I create unless I have given you explicit permission to do so. This includes watermarking, cropping, or any other violation of the contents integrity.
• You may repost artwork you have commissioned from me as long as appropriate credit is provided
• You may NOT use my art (even if it contains your character) for any monetary gain
• I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork for display and/or portfolio use on websites such as the following (but not limited to): My personal site, Twitter, FurAffinity, Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram, and within physical form whenever I deem necessary.
• You (the commissioner) will be provided with a full resolution image, as well as a net sized resolution, in JPEG format. PNG or TIFF are available only if you specify.

Commission edits & Updates

• Any edits after the coloring/shading phase are subject to a minor fee per edit, depending on the scope of it
• Commissioner required to provide proper references of character or subject to be created
• Understand that I fight illnesses, it may take longer than you’re used to for a commission to be completed. Could take hours to several months depending if it’s sketch and beyond. The more detail, the longer it takes. I have my good days and my bad.

Payments

• All payments are to be done as USD and through PayPal.
• Payment plans can be discussed if they are required.
• Again, I require you to pay the Paypal tax, which can be easily calculated through http://thefeecalculator.com/. Type commission price in the top, and go to advanced calculations. If you need help, I can do it for you!
• I will NOT take e-checks.
• Work Schedule: I will work mostly Monday through Friday, on my own terms
• Client will be kept up to date with WIP’s
  
  
  

CONTINUATION
I am a person with poor health, being as I have multiple illnesses. Some of these illnesses include fibromyalgia, type 2 diabetes, pancreatitis, liver tumors and multiple organ dysfunctions. It is required that you must set or request a timeframe or due date with at least 2 weeks of leeway. Understand that these problems I deal with cause me to feel sluggish, exhausted and overall horrible so it may take a long while for me to finish a piece. This is primarily in regards to full colored pieces, as sketches come quickly and may take 10 minutes to a few days depending.

REFUND POLICY
I do not offer full refunds If a piece is completed, whether or not it has been sent, you may NOT receive a refund nor a partial. A partial refund can be acquired if first discussed and if you aren’t in violation of the rules listed above in the TOS. A partial refund means that you receive an amount back, adjusted for work that has been rendered on said piece. Adjustments are but not limited to, amount of edits, changes to the design, coloration, changing or adding of characters multiple times etc and is determined by the artist (me). I will not accept partial refunds if you are having trouble with me, my friends etc. I will not accept it if you have been harassing me, my friends and others. A refund is not issuable if you have suddenly changed your mind, etc also determined by the artist (me).


BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE DIGITALLY ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE. TO PROTECT ME, THE ARTIST, THESE TERMS ARE LEGALLY BINDING AND CONSIDERED DOCUMENTED PROOF IF NEED BE DURING A PAYPAL DISPUTE OR OTHERWISE.
