We petition the owner of Rubin Block/Morley Apartments to fully cooperate with the City of Winnipeg to rejuvenate and re-open this building. The goal of this action is to better ensure public safety, to bring all residential and commercial units up to standard and to encourage business development on South Osborne.

This lovely and still viable heritage building is a South Osborne landmark. It suffered a major fire in 2006 and another major fire in 2014. Consequently, for most of the past ten years the building has been a public safety risk and a waste of much needed housing and commercial space.
