The purpose of this petition is to pursuade Delta Airlines and other Airlines that may choose to implement this same type of ban on bully breeds and and pit bulls on their flights. Even when it comes to service dogs. The ACAA states that airline's must transport all service dogs regardless of their breed. Banning Service Dogs of any breed is illegal. We are hoping Delta will review this policy and realize that this could have the potential to end up getting sued. Right now as a community we stand together in the hopes of getting them to see what they are doing is wrong. Service Dogs are medical equipment and have the right to fly with their handlers. This policy also has the potential to cause serious medical issues for handlers.
