Over a decade in the making, the core of this sneaker is a cushioning system made of thousands of tiny beads that sit inside the midsole, and create a unique footbed that forms to your foot.
The Joyride maximizes your performance, whether it’s all day errands or a workout run for a few hours. This shoe quickly became my favorite gym shoe and even works for a long work day ahead. I’m so glad I was able to get my hands on this new design.
THE DESIGN & FIT
You feel the thousands of tiny beads conform to your feet as soon as you put them on, since there's only a thin piece of fabric between them and your foot. I instantly felt how super light these shoes were when I first put them on. No breaking in was needed as they instantly molded into the shape of my feet. This takes comfort to the next level when comparing to the Nike Element React 87.
The upper is breathable flyknit fabric, giving you lightweight performance and helping you find your stride with every step. Whether you run, walk, or jog, your legs will feel refreshed throughout the day. The original colorway is definitely my favorite so far from this design–White/Teal/Orange with bright Blue and Orange beads peeking through the translucent sole.
