2 out of 5 starsWell the quality of the umbrella is fine, the owner is not transparent about its origins, this product does not ship from Virginia, it ships from China and I try to avoid buying products from China and prefer to support American-based companies

The shipping information is listed for each item because they are shipped from all over the world. Please know you are supporting American-based companies. I do live in Virginia and am the designer for the products. Thank you for your purchase. Incorrect Address information
Packages that are delivered to an incorrect, undeliverable, or old address unfortunately, cannot be replaced or refunded.
Please make sure your address details are up to date prior to purchasing!
Replacing product
Replacement of item is offered only if there is a distinct default in the goods that has been reported within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe your goods are faulty, please send me photos and a description of the issue (damage or defect) so I can contact the Production Partner.
The product has to be in the condition it was received. If customer has washed product or damaged in any way, it does not qualify for a REPLACEMENT.
If the product is deemed faulty on the part of my Production Partner, it will be replaced at their expense.
Cancellations
Depending on what is ordered and the Production Partner used, I MAY be able to cancel an order depending on the time frame and reason. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me immediately.
