5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love this hoop sign! I ordered an 'Oh Baby' hoop from Erica in light grey. The delivery was quick, communication with Erica was great! The hoop is beautiful, great quality and goes perfectly with my flower wall. I have ordered a further 2 hoops with Erica for my events business and I am looking at a sign to order for my son's bedroom. I would highly recommend TheSavvyShed

I was very shocked to see this, but I can confirm it is a dishonest review. After liaising with the buyer a case was raised regarding this. Etsy subsequently closed the case after they discovered the item was damaged whilst in the buyers possession after it fell from insufficient attachment to a backdrop. This was an attempt to discredit my business and receive a refund for something that was not my fault. My products cannot just fall apart. I take matters like this very seriously and this deeply saddened me as I take pride in my work and have worked very hard to establish my business. I am proud to be part of the Etsy community and I thank my previous customers and their reviews for being honest. I am hopeful that my future customers will disregard this particular review and give my business a chance.

I've seen something I like but would like it personalised to my own specification which is not available in the shop listing, is this possible?
