Why Join

What do I get with this group programme?

With this programme you are gaining exclusive group access to an adult fitness and weight loss group programme that we use at Total Performance Fitness. Each 4 weeks you will receive a new 5 day per week workout programme that will cover all areas of fitness, mobility, power, strength and conditioning. There are 3 full body workouts in the plan, then there are 2 addiditional days which include warm up, mobility and conditioning.

What areas of fitness does it cover?

The sessions will cover all areas of health and fitness. You will be able to get the maximum benefit from your training as you will be allocating an appropriate amount of time to each area, eliminating the guesswork.

How is the porgamme structured?

Each of the full body days shall include foam rolling, stretching and mobility, warm up, power, strength and conditioning. You should be able to complete all of this in under 1 hour. After the warm up, the power and strength work is put together in pairs or tri sets. For example it may say split squats for 8 reps each side, rows for 8 reps each side, then a plank for :30. You would work through all of those in sequence as indicated on the program for the number of sets required, then move on to the next group of exercises. This way you are able to accomplish more in your session and help keep you moving without resting too long.

What if I can not perform an exercise in the programme?

All the exercises in the programme have video demos and coaching cues attached to them. Each exercise also has a regression, meaning if you are unable to perform a certain exercise, an easier alternative is given. If you have any special requests or problem areas such as injuries, please let us know prior to starting and we can assist you.

Do I need equipment for this programme?

We do recommend a gym membership or a variety of your own equipment. But we are able to provide options if you are unable to attend a gym and have a small range of equipment at home. If you are unable to attend a gym and plan to use this programme at home, please contact us first with the equipment you have available.
