      J.A.M is an acronym for Janice A. Muhammad.  Janice was diagnosed with Carcinoma Breast Cancer in February of 2007.  Preventing this type of issue in our community is vital to our survival. The purpose of the JAM Walk event is not to find a cure for cancer but used as an incentive to promote health with food, music, and fitness. In honor of my grandmother, I Jenise, took the first three initials in her full name and created J.A.M Breast Cancer Walk.  The goal of this event is to spread love through nutrition, physical training, mental guidance, and spiritual cleansing.   Moreover,  It saddens me because I've experienced her transition first hand and seen her at her strongest and weakest. After her passing, I continued sharing with others what she shared with me, which was " we are what we digest"  I know your questioning, why isn't Janice still with us. If she was eating organically and staying physically fit? Nevertheless, she neglected her diet of clean eating and caused cancer to spread rapidly from the food choices she made.  I'm a witnessed that food can be medicine or death to us.  This led me to create a fitness company to prevent illnesses such as Carcinoma Breast Cancer and other health challenges we face every day.  By making a donation, you're aiding me to get the funds needed to properly operate as a 501 (c) (3) business. J.A.M Breast Cancer Walk is a reminder that we are in control of our lives, minds, and destiny.
