Brian was born prematurely, which comes with its own host of medical issues, including breathing issues in his early months of life. However, now at just 10 years old, Brian has been diagnosed with end stage renal disease. After being hospitalized 10 times in 1 year, Brian was put on a transplant list. Brian has had to deal with more than anyone, especially a child, should have to. Between 10 hour dialysis sessions, the pain of constant needles and steroids, Brian manages to keep a smile on his face and is always a big help with his two little sisters. His mom is a single parent trying to stay afloat and maintain a good life for her children. However due to the amount of care Brian will require over the next few months, she will lose her ability to work. She still has to maintain a household and obtain childcare for her two younger children. We are asking for any help for her and feel free to share!
